Women’s Adaptive Back Zip Romper with Long Pants

Anti Undressing Adult Onesie for Dementia Care, Incontinence & Daily Support

A soft women’s adaptive back zip romper with short sleeves and long pants, designed to help reduce unwanted undressing and support calmer daily care.
This one-piece adult onesie features a long back zipper with the zipper pull hidden under a soft snap flap at the neckline. The back zipper makes the closure less accessible to the wearer, while allowing easier caregiver-assisted dressing.
Thoughtfully created for women who may undress unintentionally, remove diapers or incontinence products, pull at wound dressings, plasters, bandages or care devices, or need a secure adaptive bodysuit for home care, sleepwear or daily support.
Made from soft cotton French Terry fabric, this romper is comfortable as adaptive sleepwear, homewear, care clothing or everyday one-piece clothing for warmer indoor conditions.

      About the Product

This women’s adaptive back zip romper was created for daily care situations where regular clothing may be too easy to remove, uncomfortable to manage or difficult for caregivers to use.
For some women, regular clothing can be easy to remove during the day or night. This may happen with dementia, Alzheimer’s care, special needs, cognitive conditions, sensory-related challenges, developmental conditions or moments of discomfort.
Unintentional undressing can be stressful for both the wearer and the caregiver. It may also lead to removing diapers, incontinence products, wound dressings, plasters, bandages, sensors, tubes or other care devices.
This adaptive romper is designed to help make those moments calmer and more manageable.
The long back zipper allows the caregiver to dress and undress the wearer more easily. Because the zipper is placed at the back, it is less accessible from the front. At the upper back neckline, the zipper pull is hidden under a soft fabric flap that closes with snap fasteners. This helps keep the zipper pull covered, discreet and more secure.
The loose fit gives the body room to move, sit, rest and sleep comfortably. It is not tight or restrictive, making it suitable for daily wear, home care, care homes, assisted living or nighttime use.
The long pants provide fuller coverage than a short romper and may help reduce access to diapers, incontinence products, dressings or sensitive areas. This helps the garment stay comfortably in place while keeping the wearer respectfully dressed.
Short sleeves make this romper lighter and easier to wear than a long sleeve version. It can be a good option for warmer indoor temperatures, warmer seasons, adaptive sleepwear, homewear or daily care routines.
Made from good quality cotton French Terry fabric, the romper feels soft, breathable and gentle against the skin. The fabric is comfortable for regular wear and durable enough for repeated washing.
This garment is designed to support care with dignity — not to feel clinical, harsh or impersonal. It looks like a simple everyday romper while offering thoughtful adaptive function for real-life care needs.
